Vastness Sky

Click on the image to see in original scale.

This is an example of a Visual Texture. I don't know why, but some reason I was always drawn to the sky. I was vast, endless, and never the same but always changing. It has always captivated me whenever I saw the majestic world above me. When I first saw this artpiece, I felt sameway.  This was done by an artist called ツジキ(Tsujiki) who used programs such as Photoshop and SAI. Tsujiki has done many drawings featuring
the sky or space. The amount of depth in this art astonishes me to no end. The variety use of colours and the amount of layer found within from space to all the way bottom of the sky are dazzling to look at.
If you want to see more of his art then go to his website here.

I should note that it is in Japanese. However, you can just look at his art pieces in his Illustration section at his homepage and the Work section on his Pixiv's account. For Pixiv though, you will be required to login in order to see people's work. You can register in english so there shouldn't be any problems.
