This summer I was lucky enough to sit in on a recording session for an amazing local band called Seoul. My boyfriend Mike is a recording engineer and I got to learn the ins and outs of mixing an album from start to finish. They recorded a ridiculously amazing full length EP, but unfortunately Blogger wouldn't let me upload it (wahh) so this is the next best thing! Its crazy how many months of work goes into just one album and just being there while it was all being done brought a greater appreciation to music to me. The sad part is that the band sort of dispersed around the world, two of the members moving to Japan after it was released and one moving to England. Another cool thing though is that when everything is all finished Seoul asked me to design their album cover, which i am obviously super stoked about! anyways i hope this video gives you guys a sense of what they're all about and hope you like it!
