Great use of type in this video

I like the video! The movement in the type drags your gaze where the director wants it to go. I think this is a great trend in music video's. I saw a music video recently (Kanye West- All of the lights) and found it really fun to watch. Pretty flashy...so much going on that you almost can't look away. I know he has other video's which put the beauty of letting front and centre as well, like his one called "Good Life". I recommend watching those as well :)
ReplyDeleteI've seen quite a few videos with this method of type movement, but what I especially love about this is the extra use of images along with text. Telling the story with lots of activity yet simple connections.
